Mr. Joel Junker, Vice President/General Manager - Visionary leader of the Security Systems Division. Brings 25+ years of past experiences in Research and Development, Software Engineering, Test and Evaluation, and management to the division. Mr. Junker is a retired Air Force Officer with a passion for designing and developing low-cost, highly effective security solutions and processes that meet the needs of our clients. Mr. Junker holds several degrees including an MSEE from the Air Force Institute of Technology with a concentration in high-performance semiconductor technology and Very Large Scale Integrated circuit design, a MBA University of Nebraska with a concentration in Strategic Management, and a BSEE from the University of Florida. Mr. Junker has over 25 years of IT experience and holds the CISSP and ISSEP certifications and is certified in Homeland Security (CHS-Level III). |

Mr. Pete Frambach, Director of Air Force Information Assurance Support - Strategic IT leader commanding 25 years of experience in Comm-Computer System Operations, including information, system and network security. He holds a Masters in Information Technology Management and holds the ISC2 certification of CISSP, ISSMP, and CAP along with being a Certified HIPAA Security Specialist. With nine plus years in Information Assurance (IA) Mr. Frambach has extensive experience in security requirements analysis, security controls design and security controls implementation. Mr. Frambach’s extensive IA experience spans a wide range of security methodologies. Mr. Frambach also has four years direct experience in Security Compliance Management and oversight of sixty major AF and DoD level Information Systems from the nine System Program Offices of the HQ Standard Systems Group. Mr. Frambach has over five years experience in Life-cycle management and implementation of IA controls within medical information systems for the United States Air Force, and Department of Defense as the Information Assurance Manager for the Air Force’s Medical Systems Program Office. |

Mr. Richard Minnigh, Director of Commercial and Managed Services - Mr. Richard Minnigh has over 18 years of Information Technology experience in the US Government and Commercial Sectors. His diverse background in both the Federal and private sectors and his quality assurance and procedures background ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Rich delivers extra value to the client while minimizing cost at the same time. Mr. Minnigh received a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Managment from the Faulkner University. He holds the ISC2 certification of CISSP and CAP and is also certified in Homeland Security (CHS-Level III). |
